Heathe Meadow is a greenfield development in Rothley, Leicestershire, currently being built by quality regional housebuilder William Davis. The site will ultimately comprise 450 three and four bedroom homes - with a requirement for quality landscaping and groundworks. F&T Goodwin started work on site around two years ago, commissioned by longstanding client P Hughes Construction Ltd.
F&T Goodwin is currently laying a number of roads and has completed two roundabouts as part of the 278 works, using in excess of 13,000m2 of base and binder, 6,000m2 of hot rolled asphalt and PCC, and 3,500m2 footways - with all material supplied by Aggregate Industries.
