Tamdown has appointed F&T Goodwin to work on a major development in Saffron Walden for Linden Homes. The contract involves the roads and infrastructure for a site that will eventually have over 200 new houses which are currently being sold off-plan from the marketing suite.
There will be two, three, four and five bedroom homes for sale at Saffron Walden, with a mix of 11 of the four and five bedroom homes available to house hunters in the first release from the development.
Site Manager Dave Butler has been with Tamdown for 21 years, so knows what he wants in a supplier. Dave says the job was awarded to F&T Goodwin because: “They give us a good service. If Cathal says it will be done – it will be done! The quality of delivery is consistently good – which means peace of mind for us. This is a three year project and so we need to be working with people who we can rely on.”
